RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Enjoy free returns and free size exchanges.

Please read the following information carefully before returning your items.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return eligible items.

To qualify for our extended 30-day return policy, returned items must:

• Be in their original condition

• Be unused and unwashed

• Be free from perfume, smoke and other odours

• Have no makeup stains or other marks

• Have all original hangtags and labels attached

• Be securely and properly packed

Items returned under our extended policy that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected. During this period, you may try on items as you would in a store. A deduction for diminished value may apply if you handle an item beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.

ITEMS DISCOUNTED BY 50% OR MORE

Items purchased with a discount of 50% or more are not covered by our extended 30-day refund policy.

After the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired, these items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method will not be issued.

Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases remains unaffected. Free return shipping also applies to eligible discounted items.

FREE RETURNS

Return shipping is free when you use the prepaid return label provided through our Return & Exchange Portal.

No return shipping or handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

To return your items:

1. Register your return in our Return & Exchange Portal.

2. Follow the instructions provided and securely pack your items.

3. Send your parcel using the prepaid return label.

Please keep your proof of postage and tracking receipt until your return has been processed. If a parcel sent using our prepaid label is delayed or lost, contact us with your proof of postage so we can investigate.

If you choose to arrange your own return shipping, we do not reimburse that cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The return terms applicable to your order are those in effect when you placed it.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

A €15 fee may apply to packages that are not collected, to cover the costs of shipping and handling.

Uncollected packages are not treated as a registered return. If you wish to cancel your purchase or exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us.

This provision does not limit your statutory rights.

REFUND PROCESSING

We process returns as soon as possible and will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

For purchases cancelled under the statutory right of withdrawal, we issue your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

For returns under our extended 30-day policy, refunds are issued within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned items.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

• Gift card payments are refunded to the original gift card.

• For orders paid partly with a gift card, the corresponding amounts are refunded to the gift card and the other original payment method.

• Card and other payment refunds may take several banking days to appear in your account.

• If your order was paid by invoice, follow your payment provider’s instructions to register the return and check the invoice status.

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal for your entire order, we also refund the original standard delivery charge. Any additional cost for premium or express delivery is not refundable.

FREE SIZE EXCHANGES

Size exchanges are free of charge.

Use our Return & Exchange Portal to request a different size and follow the instructions to return the original item using our prepaid return label.

Once your return has been processed, we will arrange for the requested size to be sent to you at no additional shipping cost.

If the requested size is out of stock, you will be offered store credit or a refund in accordance with the terms applicable to your purchase.

STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For online purchases, you have a statutory right to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

You can notify us through our Return & Exchange Portal or by contacting customer service with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You may also use the standard withdrawal form, but this is not compulsory.

After notifying us, you must send the items back within 14 days.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights regarding withdrawal or faulty items.
