Refund policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please read the following information carefully before returning your items.

 

 

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return eligible items.

Returned items must:

  • Be in their original condition

  • Be unused and unwashed

  • Be free from perfume, smoke and other odours

  • Have no makeup stains or other marks

  • Have all original hangtags and labels attached

  • Be securely and properly packed

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a deduction in value.

 

 

ITEMS DISCOUNTED BY 50% OR MORE

Items purchased with a discount of 50% or more are not covered by our extended 30-day refund policy.

After the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired, these items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method will not be issued.

Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases remains unaffected.

 

 

RETURN COSTS

  • Return handling and shipping fee: €7

  • Uncollected packages: €15 fee plus a €7 return shipping fee

Return shipping is not free. The applicable return fee will be deducted from your refund.

The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it has been received by us.

We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit. Please keep your tracking receipt until your return has been processed.

 

 

REFUND PROCESSING

Returns are normally processed within 14 working days after we receive your return.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Refunds are issued according to the original payment method:

  • Gift card payments → refunded to the gift card first

  • Klarna payments → invoice adjusted or refunded; please pause your invoice while the return is being processed

  • Card payments → may take several banking days to appear in your account

 

 

FREE SIZE EXCHANGES

Size exchanges are free of charge.

Use our Return & Exchange Portal to request a different size.

Return the original item to us, and we will place a new order for the requested size.

If the requested size is out of stock, you will be offered store credit or a refund in accordance with the terms applicable to your purchase.
