RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please read carefully before returning your items.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from the date of your order to return items.

Returned items must:

Be in new condition
Be unused and unwashed
Not be perfumed or exposed to smoke
Have no makeup stains
Have all hangtags and labels attached
Be properly packed

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

VOLUME DISCOUNT POLICY (IMPORTANT)

We offer automatic volume discounts:

Buy 2 items → 15% off
Buy 3 or more items → 25% off

These discounts apply to the entire order.

If you return one or more items and the remaining number of kept items no longer qualifies for the discount tier, the discount will be recalculated.

This means:

If your return causes the order to drop below the discount threshold,
The original discount will be adjusted,
The difference will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are always calculated based on the final order value after discount recalculation.

Example:

If you purchase 3 items with 25% off and return 1 item, your order may no longer qualify for 25%. The order will then be recalculated according to the applicable discount tier, and your refund will reflect this adjustment.

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased on sale (including campaign discounts) are eligible for exchange only.

If you choose not to exchange, you may return the item for an AWYROW gift card.

Volume discounts are considered promotional pricing.

RETURN COSTS

Return handling fee: 7€
Uncollected packages: €15 fee + €7 return shipping cost

We offer free returns.

The customer covers transport risk until the return has been received.

We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. Please keep your tracking receipt.

REFUND PROCESSING

Returns are processed within 14 working days after we receive your return.

You will receive a confirmation email once processed.

Payment method refunds:

Gift card payments → refunded to gift card first
Klarna → invoice adjusted or refunded (please pause your invoice)
Card payments → may take several banking days

FREE SIZE EXCHANGES

Size exchanges are free of charge.

Use our Return & Exchange Portal to request a different size.

Send back your original item and we will place a new order for you.

If the requested size is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
