We deliver our packages with Postnord. In the first place, we send with registered letter class 1, which means that the package will be delivered to your nearest representative. If this is not possible, it will be delivered to your local Postnord representative. Notification is sent out about this. You can always track your package through the delivery link we send out when it leaves us.
The delivery is normally sent within 1-3 working days.

Your order will be delivered to the address provided when you place the order. Always double check that you enter the correct address. If you have accidentally entered an incorrect address, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org soon as possible. If your package has been sent from us, it is not possible to change the address.
Always check the contents of your package when it arrives. If anything is missing, it is your responsibility to notify customer service within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
If there is damage to your package or if you suspect that someone has opened your packaging, you must document this carefully and contact us and Postnord for a complaint. Also indicate if any of the content is missing.
If a package is not collected and returned to us, you will be charged for this.
