Force Majeure occurs when external circumstances substantially prevent the performance of an obligation under the Agreement, such as war, government intervention, strikes, staff illness, shipping disruptions, energy supply restrictions, prohibitions, restrictions, denied authorizations, import and export restrictions, natural Disasters, accidents, etc. which could not reasonably have been foreseen when entering into the contract and which could not reasonably have been avoided or overcome. In the event of Force Majeure, target obligations are suspended. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be brought to the court of the place where the defendant resides.
