GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL ORDERS ON WWW.AWYROW.COM AND INCLUDE ALL PURCHASE AGREEMENTS APPLICABLE BETWEEN THE CONSUMER AND AWYROW AB, HEREIN REFERRED TO AS "AWYROW". WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO READ THESE TERMS IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. THESE TERMS CAN BE UPDATED AND VARIED, THAT'S WHY WE ASK YOU TO READ THE TERMS BEFORE EACH ORDER YOU PLACE IN THE WEBSHOP.
Awyrows General Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed by the customer (can also be referred to as "you" or "the customer") on the domain www.awyrow.com, all subdomains, such as mobile websites and applications, from the moment you place your order until you pay and receive your order. By purchasing a product, you agree to be legally bound by our General Terms and Conditions.
In our General Terms and Conditions, the following terms apply as described below:
a) “Website” means domain, subdomains belonging to awyrow.com and mobile applications
b) "You" means the customer completing an order
c) "Customer" means the individual who executes an order
d) “Working Day” means the day which is not (i) a Saturday or Sunday, nor (i) a Red Day in the Customer's country.
e) "Order" means the purchase of products carried out by the Customer on the Website
f) "Content" means all text, graphics, videos, images and all other information published on the Website.
g) "Contract" means the purchase you make of products in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions

AGREEMENT & ORDER
A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from awyrow to the email address you provided.
To order in the webshop, you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. Awyrow assumes that minors making purchases on the website submit truthful information about their age and/or have the necessary consent from their guardian to purchase the item(s). If not, the buyer may be liable for any costs that a void contract may entail.
Our website will show you step by step how to place your order and complete your purchase. A summary of your information will be displayed before you complete your purchase at checkout. We advise you to check all information carefully before completing your purchase as we cannot guarantee that changes can be made afterwards.
If a product happens to be out of stock before the status has been updated correctly in the webshop, you will be notified by e-mail. If incorrect price information has been displayed on the webshop, where you either paid too much or too little, you will be offered to either buy the item at the correct price or we will cancel the order. Awyrow reserves the right to refuse or cancel a purchase agreement if fraud or other acts similar to fraud, such as illegal use of other people's credit cards, can be suspected.
The parties agree that we cannot guarantee that the colors in the webshop reflect in detail the colors of the product. The colors may be reflected in different ways depending on, for example, your computer or phone screen, graphics card and computer settings. We always strive to photograph in different environments and on different body shapes in order to guide our customers as truthfully as possible.
PRICE & PAYMENT
We cooperate with an authorized payment service provider (PSP) that processes your personal data in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS, developed by international credit card companies such as VISA and MasterCard. All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in encrypted form and all card details and payment information will be protected and treated with a high level of security.
The prices on the website are current prices and may change at any time. awyrow is not bound by price indications on the website that the buyer reasonably or obviously must understand are incorrect and that have arisen, for example, due to technical problems in the web platform or prices that have been manipulated by the customer. The prices include local VAT and are paid in the currency specified in the online shop. For non-EU customers, your local customs authority may impose surcharges, duties and other charges on your importation at current prices.
All promotions with reduced prices are for a limited time. Several offers cannot normally be combined. A discount code or coupon is only valid once per customer and purchase. Unless otherwise stated, the code is only valid on regular price (not sale) and cannot be combined with other discounts.
In case of obvious abuse of offers, such as coupons and promotional codes, we reserve the right to cancel the current order.
Promotions and discount codes only apply to new orders and cannot be applied retroactively.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We always aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Normally your order is processed within 2 working days after your order confirmation and can be expected to be delivered within 1-3 working days within Sweden and 2-15 working days for international orders. Delivery times are only estimates and may take longer than normal during high season (eg Christmas, Black week and other promotions). The promised delivery time starts from the moment you receive your delivery confirmation from us. In the event of a delivery delay of more than fifteen (15) working days after the estimated delivery time, you may cancel your order subject to written notice to us. In that case, we will accept our responsibility for the delay and refund the amount of the order to you. If the order has already been shipped, you must first return the item to us before such a credit can be made. The shipping cost will be indicated in the order overview before you submit your order. Our carriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
You must enter correct and complete address information in your order as we cannot guarantee that it can be changed after you complete your purchase. The customer is solely responsible for any delivery errors due to lack of information or errors in the delivery address in their order. If the correct address is not entered and the package is returned because of this, awyrow will have the right to charge a return shipping fee for this.
In the event of a return, the shipping for the delivery is not refunded.
We currently deliver to most countries but are not allowed to deliver to some countries outside the European Union. If you have a query about whether we ship to a specific location, please contact our customer service. Please be aware that orders may get stuck in customs and charged for orders outside the European Union. You are requested to inspect delivered goods upon delivery and report any discrepancies found.
RIGHT OF RETURN, RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
As a consumer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but we offer a 30-day open purchase.
Right of return
We offer you a 30-day return on your purchase, counted from the date you order the goods. Items must be returned unused, in salable condition and in their original packaging.
The error should be reported as soon as possible after being discovered. Advertising an item within two months is considered within a reasonable time frame. If you discover that an item delivered by us to you is defective, you should contact our customer service department as soon as possible with a formal complaint. The same applies if you identify that a product has been damaged during transport or if you identify other deviations in the delivery, e.g. that the number of goods or product model delivered does not correspond to your order. Returns below must be sent to customer service or to the address specifically instructed by us.
In order for awyrow to be able to complete an initiated return that is missing or otherwise affected during delivery, it is required that the customer has followed the return instructions stated on our webshop.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Distance and Home Sales Act (2005:59), you as a consumer (private person) have 14 days right of withdrawal from the moment you receive your order, either in whole or in part. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to notify our customer service in writing, and then return the order within 14 days of contacting us. This must be done to our customer service.

Once we have processed your return, you will receive a refund confirmation email. You will receive your refund within two (2) to five (5) business days. We will refund you the amount paid. All refunds will be made using the same payment method you used when you completed your purchase. If you have used a gift card, this will primarily be refunded to, the remaining amount to another payment method used. If you have paused your invoice with your payment provider, a due date will be temporarily postponed. Once your return has been handled and a refund made, this "pause" will be lifted and an invoice will be paid. awyrow is not responsible for any reminder fees or delay costs being sent out by the payment provider.
awyrow ensures that all products are thoroughly checked in quality control before they are sent to our customers. We work hard to avoid damage or defects in our products. If you nevertheless find that an item is damaged or otherwise defective, you will be offered a refund or have the option of re-ordering the product, if a new one is available. If the damaged item followed an order containing other purchased items, the cost of the original delivery will not be refunded. You are requested to always review your received products upon delivery and report any deviations from your order confirmation to us as soon as possible.
LAW OCH DISPUTE
These General Terms and Conditions are regulated and interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
Contracts entered into via the Website and any disputes that arise shall be governed by Swedish law. An amicable solution shall be considered before any legal remedies. If the solution should fail, the case is referred via Swedish courts that have a non-exclusive jurisdiction to the dispute.. This provision must not deprive European consumers of their national statutory rights.
